MEF promises celerity in the resolution of TSU complaints

MEF promete celeridade na resolução das reclamações referentes a TSU

The Vice-Minister of Economy and Finance (MEF), promised, this Wednesday, greater celerity by the Government to attend and solve complaints regarding the framework of public employees in light of the Single Wage Table (TSU).

Amilcar Tivane, quoted by RM, said that the Government understands the nature of the complaints although most of them do not focus on the "architecture of the Table".

Most of the complaints "have to do with the implementation of the Table. If there are salary levels compatible with careers and the framework is not done in an adequate way, it generates a complaint," said the official at a press conference in Maputo.

According to the State, it is normal that there are inconsistencies in this process, and the most important thing is the existence and mechanisms "that we have" to settle these complaints.

On the same occasion, Tivane advanced that about 90% of the state employees and agents have already received their salaries in accordance with the TSU.
