The Minister of Industry and Commerce, Carlos Mesquita said that the Government will continue with reform actions in order to attract foreign investors and encourage national business.

The goal is to increase investment within the national territory, based on "a more attractive business environment, a more robust macroeconomic framework, and international cooperation that reinforces and stimulates economic integration.  

The governor was speaking during the launch of the largest annual private sector conference in Maputo, noting that the country is facing the challenge of industrialization. The intention is to increase imports and exports and improve the trade balance. Thus allowing the dynamization of the economy and the promotion of national development.
