The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, will hold talks with his Portuguese counterpart, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, next Wednesday (24) in Lisbon, as part of a business forum.

APIEX and CTA align strategies for business mission to Portugal

The Business Forum between the two countries, which takes place between today and Wednesday, will include a mission of 80 Mozambican businesspeople. They have come to explore new business opportunities. The focus will be on partnerships in the mining resources sector, renewable energies, agro-industry, transport and logistics, hotels and tourism, finance and services.

During the course of the work, later on Monday, the national delegation will visit companies and meet with Portuguese businesspeople.

The business meetings will take place in the form of round tables for each sector and should include representatives from both countries.

In Portugal, Filipe Nyusi will take part in a ceremony to commemorate the 50th anniversary of April 25.
