The President of the Republic will make a working visit to Sofala province on Wednesday and Thursday, a statement said.

In Sofala, Filipe Nyusi will launch, this Wednesday, in the locality of Zimuala, district of Machanga, the Program "One District, One Weather Station".

On the same day, the Mozambican statesman will inaugurate, in the District of Marínguè, a bank branch, as part of the Government's project to make the Mozambican economy more bankable, for greater financial inclusion.

On Thursday, President Nyusi will go to Dondo to inaugurate the UniLicungo Campus, and then go on to inaugurate an Industrial Unit in the city of Beira.

On this trip to Sofala province, President Nyusi will be accompanied by the Ministers of Transport and Communications; of Agriculture and Rural Development; of Industry and Commerce; of Science, Technology and Higher Education; staff from the Presidency of the Republic and other State institutions.
