The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, is heading, this Wednesday, in the city of Maputo, the Mozambique Gas and Energy Summit, under the theme "Fostering Global Partnerships, Sustainable Security and Economic Growth.

According to a statement from the Presidency, the summit is an opportunity for governments, operators, small and medium-sized businesses to assess the evolving energy landscape, explore ideas and approaches to the energy world.

According to the note, it is also intended to promote partnerships for the country's economic growth in the energy resources sector.

The 7th Mozambican Gas and Energy Summit and Exhibition, will feature 16 speakers, with highlights including Carlos Zacarias, Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, Luísa Diogo, from Absa Mozambique, Estevão Pale, President & CEO of ENH, Natalia Camba, head of Local Content at INP.
