A fishing boat called Barracuda caught fire early yesterday afternoon, Wednesday (17), off Xefina Island, Maputo city.

Domingo newspaper reports that the cause of the incident is unknown, but there are reports that the crew was rescued by a second boat, which is already on land.

Xefina Island is located 15 minutes from the city of Maputo, in the south of the country.
