Mozambican businessmen seek US private sector partnerships

Empresários moçambicanos buscam parcerias do sector privado norte-americano

Mozambican businessmen are seeking partnerships with the American private sector in order to make viable several investment projects, valued at around US$43 million, in the country.

It is with their eyes set on reaching this goal that Mozambican businessmen, represented by the Young Entrepreneurs Association (ANJE) took part in the World Franchising Conference that ended this Saturday in New York, in the United States of America.

The President of ANJE, Lineu Candeeiro, says that, with this in mind, a delegation of American businessmen will be in Mozambique this semester to evaluate the investment conditions so that the aforementioned partnerships can be signed.

Lineu Candeeiro says that most of the existing projects are from young entrepreneurs who want to implant or represent American brands and products in Mozambique.

The World Franchising Conference brought together, in New York, representatives of more than two hundred brands from around the world to share experiences on the assignment of patents.
