Emirates invests $20 million in campaign in world's tallest building

Emirates has invested $20 million in a new campaign filmed atop the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. After several months of preparation, the campaign featured the airline's A380, decorated with paintings from Expo 2020 Dubai.

The airline's latest campaign aims to increase the turnout for Expo 2020 and the city of Dubai.

"Our latest campaign boldly conveys the Expo message and invites tourists to visit and experience what is truly the world's greatest spectacle," says Tim Clark, president of Emirates Airline, via a statement that is quoted by the News to the Minute.

It is known that in August last year, Emirates had already launched the first ad filmed on top of the Burj Khalifa, in a campaign that conveyed the airline's messages from over 800 meters high.

"This time, the new campaign features a one-minute video in which you can see the extra, who wears the iconic Emirates uniform representing the cabin crew, standing atop the Burj Khalifa by Emaar and holding posters with phrases inviting tourists from around the world to visit Expo 2020 Dubai aboard Emirates," reads the same statement.

On display until March 31, 2022, Expo 2020 Dubai brings together countries from around the world, hosting unique events that keep many visitors coming back, as the event provides a collaborative program between countries, showcasing human advancements and the latest in technology, culture, art music, cuisine, sports, and more, including more than 190 pavilions from various nations to experience.
