CFM introduces new passenger transportation routes in the south zone

The company Portos e Caminhos de Ferro de Moçambique (CFM) is gradually introducing ten new passenger train routes connecting the Central Station to various destinations in the provinces of Maputo and Gaza.

These are routes that connect the Central Station (downtown the capital) and Matola-Gare, villages of Boane and Marracuene, and also Ressano Garcia (Maputo province) and the district of Chókwè, in Gaza.

This week, the first line to the village of Marracuene went into operation.
