Angola to host US-Africa business summit in 2025

Management of the Corporate Council on Africa (CCA) announced yesterday that Angola's capital, Luanda, will host the 2025 edition of the US-Africa Business Summit.

"A memorandum was developed and signed today [yesterday] in Washington, by the Angolan ambassador to the United States and by the President of Angola. Director-Executive of CCAFlorie Liserto formalize this important collaboration," writes the international press, quoting a statement from the CCA.

According to the text, the summit that will take place in 2025 in Luanda "is recognized as one of the most important business platforms that annually brings together African heads of state and ministers, US government members and leaders of the main agencies, as well as presidents and leaders of American companies, to promote investment, trade and commercial collaboration."

Next year's summit is expected to attract more than 1,500 people, including heads of state, members of the US government, investors, business leaders and entrepreneurs.
