Access Bank intends to train young Mozambicans in technologies

Access Bank intends to train 47 young Mozambicans in new technologies through the 'Advance Africa' program. And he continues in this endeavor in partnership with Udacity - an American educational organization - to build a progressive career in the banking industry.

The program has five thousand scholarships available for young people from African countries. They will have to be up to date with the dynamics of an increasingly technological world. Those selected will benefit from technical courses, and will have technical support from Information Technology specialists.

Of the five thousand fellows, 20% will also have the opportunity to do an internship in 13 African countries where the Access Group is present, including Mozambique.

With this project, Access Bank assumes the commitment to young Africans to contribute to the construction of a generation capable of carrying out innovative projects that allow them to raise their skills, be distinguished and, above all, be well prepared to face the challenges of the labor market.
