Absa Bank Mozambique reopened today the branch in Mueda district, Cabo Delgado province, which was closed for over a year, due to instability that has conditioned the normal exercise of banking activity.
Pedro Carvalho, director of Retail and Business banking said that it is a satisfaction for Absa to be able to continue to serve the communities and develop "our activities in this part of the country, offering products and services tailored to their needs and an excellent service". He also said that with the reopening it is expected that the Bank will continue with its mission to contribute to the financial inclusion and consequently the development of the country.
The Branch reopens following its normal business hours, allowing clients, business partners, and the community in general to once again benefit from the banking services in a convenient, simple, and safe manner, reinforcing the Bank's commitment to create better conditions for everyone.
