Anthropologist, photographer and researcher Patrick Arley is showing his photographic exhibition "Mozambique - Brazil: A Counter-Colonial Bridge" at Viaduto das Artes, in the Barreiro region (Brazil), which opened last Saturday (20).

The images were produced by the artist during field research in northern Mozambique, and in reinado, umbanda and quimbanda terreiros in Minas Gerais (Brazil).

During the eventThe exhibition catalog, which also includes essays by researcher and professor Pedro Kalil, and anthropologist Daniel de Jesus Figueiredo, who focuses on African studies in the fields of visual anthropology, art and aesthetics, politics and power relations, will be distributed free of charge.
