For this purpose, the Investment and Export Promotion Agency, APIEX, should make available information on investments, business and foreign trade.
According to the Prime Minister, Carlos Agostinho do Rosário, APIEX should ensure the creation and operationalization of special economic zones and industrial free zones, as part of the country's industrialization process.
Carlos Agostinho do Rosário was speaking this Monday in Maputo, after conferring possession to the Chairman of the Board of the Competition Regulatory Authority, Yakub Aly and the Director-General of the Agency for the Promotion of Investment and Exports, APIEX, Gil da Conceição Bires.
The Prime Minister also swore in the director-general of the National Institute for Quality Standardization, Geraldo Albazine.
Carlos Agostinho do Rosário defended, on the occasion, that INNOQ must ensure compliance with quality standards and norms, to protect human health and improve productivity rates.
At the same ceremony, the Prime Minister swore in the deputy director-general of the National Institute for Standardization and Quality, Arlindo Mucombe, as well as the deputy director-general of APIEX, Luís José Machava.
