Frelimo's senior member, Roque Silva, is back in party action and this time it's to convince the electorate to vote for the party. But it doesn't stop there. He will have to "swallow frogs" and embellish promises in favor of the party's presidential candidate, Daniel Chapo.

"Our candidate has been saying, very clearly, that there are two ways in which he believes he can return effective peace to Cabo Delgado. On the one hand, the modernization and strengthening of the Defence and Security Forces. The other big front, which is a difficult challenge, is to find the real bosses of those terrorists over there, so that we can understand what they want," he said, quoted by TV Miramar.

Roque Silva is also due to visit the districts of Chiúre, Montepuez and Balama.
