PR: “Governo continua a edificar infra-estruturas de apoio ao turismo”

The President of the Republic said that the Mozambican government would continue to build various infrastructures to support tourism in the country, including access roads and energy transportation.

Filipe Nyusi, who was speaking today after inaugurating a tourist resort located at Ponta Membene, in Maputo National Park, in the district of Matutuine, also stressed that the Executive will continue to guarantee peace and security for the development of tourism.

The resort, with its paradisiacal sea views, will offer accommodation for tourists in independent chalets in the Dunes and Forest, as well as in campsites, in a region that is famous for cycling.

On that occasion, Filipe Nyusi, quoted by Radio MozambiqueHe challenged the tourism sector to promote digitalization and innovation in tourism services through the integrated tourism management project, which aims to restructure the tourism portal.
