The Minister of Economy and Finance urges the employees of Mozambique's Tax Authority (AT) to fight firmly against acts of corruption, in order to make the growth of fiscal policy in the country increasingly robust.
According to Adriano Maleiane, the tightening of the siege on tax evasion and other fiscal fraud must be measures applied to strengthen the trend towards a more sustainable economy.
The Minister of Economy and Finance, was speaking this Wednesday in the district of Boane in Maputo province at the official launch of the process of patenting the employees of the Tax Authority, Customs Area.
For her part, the president of the Tax Authority of Mozambique, Amelia Muendane, explained that the patenting process is the culmination of the process of framing the staff into a single career.
In total 1930 Tax Authority employees will be patented nationwide.
