Millennium bim was distinguished by Global magazine as the Mozambican banking institution that provides the best financial support for international trade operations of companies, particularly exporters, says the statement sent to our newsroom.

According to the statement, it is the seventh consecutive year that Millennium bim is recognized as "Best Trade Finance Provider" in Mozambique by Global Finance, a leading international publication in the area of finance.

To award the "Best Trade Finance Provider" prize, the jury, made up of international finance experts, looked at criteria such as transaction volume, scope of global coverage, customer service, competitive prices, and innovative technologies.

In addition to the selection of its editors, the publication specialized in international finance, and a reference among professionals in the sector, also relied on the opinion of analysts from the banking sector and the business world.

For José Reino da Costa, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Millennium bim, "this new award once again recognizes the consistent support that the bank has given to companies, both in their domestic business operations and in promoting their positioning in foreign markets. "A support that has been crucial to strengthen the business fabric in a particularly complex context, given the negative effects caused by the pandemic on the economy," he added quoted in the statement.

With this new distinction by Global Finance, Millennium bim consolidates its position as the most awarded bank in Mozambique.
