Mozambican writer Mia Couto is sponsoring the second edition of the "Be Like a Woman" program, to be launched today in Maputo..

The initiative aims to contribute to a more equitable business environment by giving new tools to women who occupy middle management positions or who take on the role of medium-sized entrepreneurs.

This year, the program expands its reach, involving more disadvantaged groups, including people with disabilities and women from the informal and rural sector.

The initiative is organized by EY, in partnership with New Faces New Voices, a network led by the Graça Machel Trust.
