The President of the Republic, Filipe Nyusi, in the use of his powers, exonerated Ernesto Max Elias Tonela from the post of Minister of Economy and Finance by Presidential Order on Thursday (08).

In a separate Presidential Order, the head of state appointed Adriano Afonso Maleiane to the post of Minister of Economy and Finance, in addition to his duties as Prime Minister.
