Yesterday, five companies received the right to use the "Mozambican Pride - Made in Mozambique" stamp from the Maputo City Council of State Representation Services.

These are Atelier de Moda Nivaldo Thierry e Serviços, E.I; Internacional Facilities Services Mozambique, Lda; MZ Express, S.A; Quatro Cores, Impressão e Distribuição Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda and True North, Lda, making a total of 253 companies bearing the seal in the capital city.

In awarding the seal, the Secretary of State in Maputo City, Vicente Joaquim, said that the awarding of the seal is the state's recognition of companies with a view to valuing national products and services and also for their commitment to the process of continuous improvement in business practices and, above all, in the quality of their products and services.

For his part, Nivaldo Nhassengo, Director of Atelier de Moda Nivaldo Thierry e Serviços, E.I., who spoke on behalf of the five beneficiary companies, said that the label awarded represents the prestige of local products and will boost innovation and quality assurance on the part of the business community.
