“Lamúrias Para o Meu Amor”: obra sobre VBG marca estreia de Liodêngua na literatura

"Lamúrias Para o Meu Amor" is the title of Liodêngua's debut novel, published by Mapeta Editora, which will be launched in the city of Beira on April 10 at the Portuguese Cultural Center, starting at 6pm. The presentation will be given by communicologist Luís Taiado.

It is a collection of poems that deals with Gender-Based Violence (GBV). Through verses that expose invisible scars and stifled cries, the work delves into the intimacy of the victims, denouncing the brutality of the imposed silence and the urgency of change.

Liodengua is the pseudonym of Virgílio Teixeira Dêngua, born on February 15, 1993, in the city of Nampula. He began his artistic career very early, as a child, inspired by his brothers. He is a writer, artist, graphic artist, portrait painter, urban requalifier, cultural journalist and IT professional.

Luís Taiado Vasco Jone has a Master's degree in Digital Media Management from Eduardo Mondlane University and a degree in History with a major in Geography from the Pedagogical University. His career has spanned communication, journalism, broadcasting and multimedia production, with a focus on social impact projects.
