Twelve-month inflation in Mozambique rose in January this year to 4.69%, according to data released on Tuesday (11) by the National Statistics Institute (INE).
The increase in one-year inflation is explained by INE "fundamentally by the rise in food prices".
According to INE, this increase is the second month in a row, since inflation accelerated to 4.15% in December.
