Government wants to create a single table to display the remuneration of State employees and agents

The Minister of Economy and Finance said this Monday, that the government wants to harmonize the display of salaries of state employees and agents and other public servants taking into account the specific careers.

According to Adriano Maleiane, who was speaking this Monday, at the Parliamentary Commission around the proposed laws that define the Rules and Criteria for Fixing the Remuneration of Employees and Agents of the State and Other Public Servants, the new criteria for displaying the salaries of public servants foresees the creation of a single table for displaying remunerations, eliminating the current 103 existing tables.

"When this basic law comes into effect, everyone's salary, for example, at this level, has to have harmonized. So, all national directors from the entry into force, of this law, in matters of salary have reference 10, everyone, wherever you are," said the Minister of Economy and Finance.

However, Adriano Maleiane explained that the instrument will standardize the salaries of state employees and agents.
