Governo divulga resultados preliminares da adutoria à TSU no final deste mês

The government is carrying out an audit into the non-conformities in the implementation of the Single Wage Table (TSU), the results of which will be published on February 28. The audit is being conducted by the inspectorate-general for finance and public administration.

The team of auditors will check the system, assess its effectiveness and relevance, and issue recommendations for overcoming nonconformities. In the process, the government will also review and assess the veracity of the information and data submitted by state agents and officials.

"The idea is to remedy possible errors in the implementation of this instrument. I believe there are inconsistencies. There are people who need to be placed on a different level to the current one," said the Inspector General of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Emanuel Mabumo, quoted by the newspaper News and by Mozambique Television.

This Monday, the Minister of Economy and Finance, Max Tonela, and the Minister of State Administration and Civil Service, Ana Comoana, met with MPs from three specialized parliamentary committees to explain the progress of the process.

"Only once we have carried out this survey, this assessment and issued our conclusions will we really be able to say whether the complaints are justified or not," he explained.

Good morning, in fact there is a lot of inconsistency in the tsu, as an example in the old table there were classes that were E, C, B and A, which with the implementation of the tsu these classes are not felt, and what is noticed in the tsu, there is equality of all even the decrease of the values of some that were in the highest classes such as A and B, a DN3 class 1 step C, B, A and E, cannot be differentiated, as if they had all joined the state apparatus in the same year, so the audit must do an impartial job in order to help the life of the civil servant,
