The government is discussing a proposal for solutions to make the one-stop project at the Ressano Garcia border in Maputo province viable.
One of the major constraints identified so far is the congestion that occurs in the circulation of trucks, which makes it difficult to make the movement of people and goods between Mozambique and South Africa more flexible.
According to "Notícias", the government intends with the one-stop project to make the circulation of motorists and their passengers more flexible, contributing, also, to facilitate the reception and handling of goods, as well as boosting economic development and growth in Mozambique and South Africa.
