The Ressano Garcia border crossing, in the Moamba district of Maputo province, the busiest in the country and the one that connects to South Africa, has been reopened after it was vandalized by a group of demonstrators on Tuesday (05).
According to a Radio MozambiqueAccording to the head of the Ressano Garcia border post, Ezaldo Chachuaio, movement was reopened yesterday afternoon, but on a conditional basis.
"The reopening of the border aims to allow Mozambican and South African citizens to return to their respective countries," explained Ezaldo Chachuaio, adding that the two trucks that the evildoers used to block the road have already been removed.
