The TripAdvisor Travellers Choice Awards 2023 have distinguished Dubai, for the second year in a row, as the world's most popular destination, the travel platform announced.

This city in the United Arab Emirates leads a list of 25 worldwide destinationsfollowed by Bali, Indonesia, and London, UK, says the platform in a statement quoted by Notícias ao Minuto.

"Dubai is a destination that combines modern culture, history, adventure, shopping and world-class entertainment," TripAdvisor notes in the same note.

The winners of this year's edition were selected based on reviews and comments on TripAdvisor taking into account the quality and quantity of accommodations, restaurants and activities in the different destinations between November 2021 and October 2022.
