More than 3800 employees of the Mozambique Tax Authority (AT) between customs and tax who remained stagnant without professional development since 2012, have just moved to the single career.
According to the president of the AT, Amelia Muendane, this marks the completion of the transition process, which began in 2016, benefiting 3833 employees in its entirety.
Speaking about the achievements in the year 2021, Muendane, quoted by "Notícias", pointed out that during this period he started the process of mobility of 500 employees from other state institutions, in response to the public tender promoted in 2020, aimed at increasing the capacity to meet the human resources needs to cover the national deficit in the tax and customs collection units.
Also last year, officials were trained in single career, auditing, taxation of the extractive industry, public administration, management of customs offenses resulting from the illegal exploitation of products, among others.
