Bitcoin hits new all-time high touching $68,000. It is close to 69 thousand dollars

Bitcoin rose this Wednesday,1.9%, touching $68,991, setting a new all-time high and being less than a step away from the $69,000 plateau.

According to Coin Market Cap data, the price of the 'cryptoqueen' corrected 2.25%, to $68,488, 01.

The rise in the price of the most quoted cryptocurrency on the market comes on the same day that the U.S. Labor Department reported that annual inflation rate in the United States soared in October to 6.2%, up eight-tenths from September and the highest consumer price record since 1990.

In this sense, Bitcoin's rise, dragged once again, other crypto-assets, such as Ethereum (with an increase of 1.14%, to $4,841.46.
