"This year Microsoft is once again part of this ranking, returning to the top of the podium of the most attractive companies to work for," according to a statement released by Notícias ao Minuto.

This is followed by "Delta Cafés, in second place, and Hovione, which enters the top three for the first time, in third place".

"This recognition reflects the result of these companies' investment in employer branding in their operations in Portugal and, in the current context, is even more relevant, as it gives them the ability to attract and retain the best talent and helps them differentiate themselves in the market.
