CCM wants to link Mozambican and Thai businessmen

The president of the Mozambique Chamber of Commerce, Álvaro Massingue, guaranteed that his institution will be the link that will connect Mozambican and Thai businessmen in different areas.

"We are open to cooperate and provide support to entrepreneurs who want to invest in Mozambique, in the different branches of activity, with emphasis on the agricultural sector and processing technologies," he said.

Both with prospects for doing bilateral business, they agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding that includes the transfer of Thai technologies for rice production in Gaza province and to continue the aquaculture projects, already being implemented in different parts of the country.

"The partnership will help us implement the agriculture projects promoted by the Mozambique Chamber of Commerce and Investment (CCMI) in Chockwé, Gaza province," Massingue stressed.

In turn, the Ambassador of Thailand showed himself open to cooperate with CCM and its financial arm, promoting investment in the domestic market through business missions.

The business missions will revitalize exports of products and services by Mozambican entrepreneurs and attract new foreign investors.
