The Prime Minister said this Wednesday in the city of Pemba, Cabo delgado, that the Reconstruction Plan of that province, now approved by the Council of Ministers, aims to end the dispersion of actions.
According to Carlos Agostinho do Rosário the plan, valued at about 19 billion meticais, is destined to the reposition of basic social infrastructures.
"ADIN is also doing its work, as are our partners, but we found that we were very dispersed in terms of documents and actions. At this moment there is no longer a document from ADIN, from the partners, from the multidisciplinary team that we sent here; there is only one document that reflects all of this agglutination of what should be done for reconstruction and that we call the Cabo delgado Reconstruction Plan," he said.
Carlos Agostinho do Rosário also said that the plan aims to meet the needs of the population that tends to return to their areas of origin, as a result of the actions of the joint defense and security force of Mozambique, Rwanda, and SADC.
