Nedbank Mozambique announced this Wednesday the appointment of Manuel Gameiro as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors (PCA). An economist by profession, Manuel Gameiro has over 26 years of experience in the financial sector and the economy.

With a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Wales, Bangor, in the United Kingdom, and a degree in Economics from the Eduardo Mondlane University, Gameiro, until the time of his appointment, was Financial Director of Hidroeléctrica de Cahora Bassa (HCB).

Nedbank Mozambique's new PCA has significant experience in the financial sector, with over 10 years at the Bank of Mozambique as a senior economist and 8 years in commercial banking as a senior manager.
