Tempus Global Group has just launched in Mozambique the Elite Employer, a pioneering program designed to recognize the best organizations to work for in the country.
The program is based on the results of the National Human Capital Management and Benefits Survey conducted by the company between July and August 2021.
According to a communiqué sent to our newsroom, the study involved 140 organizations from the public (4%), private (72%), and non-governmental (24%) sectors, present throughout the country.
Of the organizations participating in the survey, only 45 were eligible for the Elite Employer certification program, which will now recognize the 30 best companies to work for. The scoring system is focused on four pillars:
Compensation and Benefits, Career, Work Environment and Culture. Through this Program, Tempus Global Group will recognize organizations from various sectors: Financial, Energy, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Extractive Non-Governmental Organizations, Telecommunications, and Financial Services, among others.
The seal of quality awarded to the elected companies attests that that organization is indeed a great place to work and develop professionally. The distinction also highlights these organizations as being well positioned to retain and attract talent, essential for the sustainable and healthy growth of companies.
Elite Employer aims to highlight, above all, the various aspects that unite employees and bring them closer to their respective organizations, creating feelings of belonging within companies, particularly with regard to values, ethics, and integrity.
Good performance in terms of strategy, leadership and recruitment were also criteria taken into consideration.
To mark the recognition of the organizations that stand out in this pioneering program, Tempus Global Group will now hold an annual awards event.
