Tanzania to introduce course on investigating and fighting corruption

Tanzania vai introduzir curso de investigação e combate à corrupção

Tanzania's College of Business Education (CBE) plans to introduce a long-term course on investigating corruption and anti-corruption issues to tackle the problem in the country, Dean Edda Lwoga announced in Morogoro on Monday.

To ensure that the course procedures are met, the Commission will collaborate with the National Examinations Council (NECTA) to find a curriculum that meets the teaching criteria, he said.

She addressed the issue during a short training session for public and private sector officials on anti-corruption issues.

The long-term course will award certificates and, subsequently, graduates will take international exams that will allow them to work all over the world.

Currently, the CBE offers short courses on investigating corruption and anti-corruption issues to government and private institutions, said the Rector.
