The UK will continue to provide humanitarian assistance to victims of terrorism in Cabo Delgado.

The assurance was given by the UK High Commissioner in Mozambique, NneNne Iwuji-Eme, in an interview to Radio Mozambique, who also assured that, based on the government's plan, her country will support the reconstruction actions in the areas affected by terrorism for the quick return to normality.

NneNne Iwuji-Eme on a working visit to Cabo delgado, since this Monday, said he came to assess the government's response to the humanitarian situation arising from violent extremism in the province.
