The Cultiv'arte project will be launched on April 18 at 4 p.m. in the auditorium of the Franco-Mozambican Cultural Center in Maputo City.

The Cultiv'arte initiative comes from the European Union and is to be implemented by Expertise France, in partnership with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Essentially, Cultiv'arte aims to promote the cultural sector in Mozambique.

According to "O País", the ceremony to launch Cultiv'arte will include speeches by the ambassadors of France, the European Union and the Minister of Culture and Tourism, Eldevina Materula.
