The Prime Minister, Carlos Agostinho do Rosário, is today participating, virtually, in the second session of the Global Forum of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
The forum, which brings together heads of state and government, international organizations and development banks, employers and workers from around the world, aims to increase the level and coherence of the international economic and social response to the crisis caused by Covid-19.
According to the ILO participants will examine the actions and investments needed to support an inclusive, human-centered recovery from the pandemic crisis in all countries.
It should be noted that the economic crisis caused by Covid-19, has brought severe consequences on the labor market globally, pushing thousands of people into unemployment and causing several companies to close down.
