On Wednesday, the president of the Tax Authority (AT), Elisa Zacarias, led the Extraordinary Meeting of the Executive Committee of the Single Electronic Window (SEW), the aim of which was to give an update on the action plan for implementing the automatic collection, reconciliation, classification and transfer of revenue.

Addressing the participants, Zacarias praised the ongoing efforts to collect revenue, through the implementation of actions to modernize the Tax Administration's services, which will increase revenue collection for the state coffers.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors (PCA) of the Center for the Development of Finance Information Systems (CEDSIF) and Vice-Chairman of the EC, Manuel dos Santos, the Executive Director of CEDSIF, João Alguineiro, MCNET's PCA, Guilherme Mambo, the Director General of Customs, Taurai Tsama, among others.

At the request of CEDSIF's PCA, the manager of the Single Electronic Window project was invited to present the state of play of the integration with e-SISTAFE, in the area of revenue collection and transfer to the Single Treasury Account (CUT).

He thanked everyone for their collaboration and contribution, and stressed the need to investigate further the process of revenue collection and transfers to the Single Treasury Account, and to create a methodology to find out when all the unclassified money goes back to the CUT. Find a legal basis for the decision on the management of the same amounts. 

Finally, he recommended that deadlines be met to better manage the action plan for implementing the collection, reconciliation and automatic classification of revenue.
