The Assembly of the Republic (AR) will meet this Wednesday and Thursday in an extraordinary session to debate the election of Parliament's vice-presidents. The session was called by the President of Parliament, Margarida Talapa.

"The session will have the following items on its agenda: the Draft Resolution on the Election of the Vice-Presidents of the Assembly of the Republic; the Draft Resolution on the Election of the Members of the Standing Committee of the Assembly of the Republic (CPAR); the Draft Resolution on the Election of the Members of the Board of Directors of the Assembly of the Republic (CAAR)," says a statement from the HR.

According to the same press release, a draft resolution on the election of members of the Assembly of the Republic's working committees and another on the election of members of the Assembly of the Republic's parliamentary cabinets will also be discussed.
