The 6th edition of the People Grow Program reinforces the Bank's commitment to promoting and training young people in the country's social development.
People Grow, now in its 6th edition, is Millennium bim's graduate program, which aims to attract the talent of young university graduates and recent graduates in the areas of Engineering, Management and Social Sciences. Since its first edition, this program has opened the door to 47 young people, who have joined the Bank's team, adding value and talent to various functional areas. These young people were selected from thousands of candidates who actively participate in the People Grow Program every year, with access to a series of tests and various learning tools.
The candidates selected in this 6th edition will be trained by the Bank's professionals with extensive experience and will become part of its staff.
At the launch of the program, Millennium bim's CEO, João Martins, said that "This training project was designed with the aim of boosting the talent of young Mozambicans, promoting their skills and developing transversal competencies, thus guaranteeing qualified professionals who are able to offer the best service to our clients and the banking system.".
People Grow lasts 12 months, rotating through different areas of the Bank, giving participants the opportunity to gain a complete overview of the banking business. Throughout the program, participants will be accompanied by a mentor, and after a year of training, they will be integrated into various areas of the Bank.
This program aims to provide participants with an opportunity to train for the job market, actively contributing to the development of their technical and behavioral skills.
