Mozambique is hosting this Friday, under the rotating presidency of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the thirty-second meeting of ministers responsible for trade.

The purpose of the virtual meeting is to discuss and deliberate on issues related to the acceleration of regional integration in Southern Africa, trade barriers, and customs cooperation, among other topics.

A statement from the Ministry of Industry and Trade also indicates that today, the Twenty-first Meeting of the Ministerial Working Group on Regional Economic Integration will take place.
