Today, on the seventh day of the election campaign, Manuel de Araújo, Perdiz's list leader in Zambézia, accompanied by members and supporters of his party, climbed the Sococo market in the city of Quelimane.
De Araújo presented his electoral manifesto, asked for votes and explained to the vendors his party's position on the ballot paper for the October 9 elections.
"I'm Renamo's list leader for Governor of Zambézia. My image will not be on the ballot paper, but by voting for Renamo, you will be voting for me," said De Araújo.
