The presidential candidate and leader of the people, Venâncio Mondlane, will announce on Monday (28) the third stage of the nationwide general demonstrations.

"My people! We have closed Stage 2. On Monday, 28.10.2024, we will announce the start of Stage 3 of the national demonstrations, which will be more thunderous," announced Venâncio Mondlane via social media.

Since the 21st of this month, Mozambique has been demonstrating nationwide against the "false and adulterated results" of the National Electoral Commission.

Not only that, but they are also protests against murders, kidnappings, abductions and the use of real bullets by the police, according to Mondlane.

The demonstrations, now in their third day, have been called by the independent candidate, Venâncio Mondlane, through live broadcasts on his social networks.
