The Mambas held their first training session in Egypt on Tuesday with a view to Thursday's match against Uganda.
The match is part of the fifth round of Group G in the qualifying phase for the 2026 World Cup.
The Mambas, who have been in Egypt since Monday, are already working to be at their best for Thursday's match at 3pm.
After the physical recovery work in the gym on Monday, attention is now turning to the tactical and technical aspects of the game.
The Mambas and Algeria lead the group with nine points, thanks to three wins and one defeat.
