Yesterday, the President of the Republic, Daniel Chapo, took part in a religious service with various congregations in the city of Maputo. The ceremony took place under the motto "Prayer of Repentance, Forgiveness and Reconciliation".
During the event, a religious leader, identified as Marcos Chambule, raised his voice and said "give back the votes you stole".
This attitude has led to security officers physically forced him out of the room where the event was taking place. And, as if it were a crime, he was taken to the Third Police Station of the Republic of Mozambique, in the city of Maputo.
