João Figueiredo elected the most visible leader in Mozambique

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Moza Banco, João Figueiredo, was considered the leader with the most visibility in the national media during the first quarter of 2021. His distinction appears in the latest report of the CARMA Study, a multinational specialized in Media Intelligence and Media Information Analysis on the Most Mediastic CEOs in Mozambique.

In addition to the number of news articles published, the favorability and reputation of the main CEOs / PCAs / Executive Directors of companies in the media in Mozambique, the CARMA report found that João Figueiredo, CEO of MOZA Banco, was the CEO with the highest volume of articles and had the second best favorability (80.0) in the ranking.

"The focus on new products/services and social responsibility actions give MOZA Banco's CEO a high favorability rating. The bank's bond issue aimed at supporting new businesses was the most present theme, and the strengthening of the bank's digital channels, the most favorable theme," reads the report.

At the African level, the report distinguished FNB's Peter Blenkinsop as one of the most visible CEOs in the media with the highest favorability rating of 82.0. Meanwhile, FNB was considered the most valuable brand in Africa.
