Frelimo's presidential candidate for next October, Daniel Chapo, promised yesterday, Monday (09), in the city of Maxixe, to make efforts to end the problem of erosion that threatens to extinguish some neighborhoods in the economic capital of Inhambane province, southern Mozambique.
Speaking at a popular rally, the Frelimo candidate focused his speech on Maxixe's problems, promising to find quick solutions. In order to do so, Chapo asked for votes for himself and the Frelimo party, so that they can implement the manifesto drawn up in response to the country's concerns, and in particular those of Inhambane province.
"Frelimo is the only party that knows the concerns of the people. On October 9, vote for me and for Frelimo. Maxixe faces a chronic problem of erosion. There are already concrete projects to solve the problem that threatens to wipe out some neighborhoods. We weren't able to do this before because we were working in other districts," reassured Chapo, on his second day of campaigning in Inhambane province.

In the area of health, Chapo promised to expand the network of district hospitals to improve patient care, pointing to the completion of the Maxixe and Massinga district hospitals.
In Maxixe, Chapo is committed to boosting the agricultural sector by building irrigated land to boost production and productivity and in a chain that justifies the establishment of industries.
