The information was given by the Minister for Industry and Trade, Silvino Moreno, during the XXI Coordinating Council of the institution he heads.

Moreno was quoted by Noticias as saying that despite the impact of cyclical natural disasters and geopolitical conflicts, the country recorded a stable average performance in Industry and Commerce in the first half of this year.

He said that this year, more than 100 new micro and small industries have been included in the food fortification process.
